Vacancy available: paint and prep technician (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Reynolds County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Rotating shifts.
