Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Ben Hill County, Georgia. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching On the job you will handle: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
