Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Saint Charles Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
