Turning centre operator wanted in Rockingham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The role involves check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
