Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Cumberland County, Maine. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
