Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Nevada County, California. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
