Final inspection operator wanted in Livingston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Livingston County, New York. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
