Horticulturist wanted in Cambridgeshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horticulturist in Cambridgeshire, England. You will be based on a golf course. On a typical shift you will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £95 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
