Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times The role involves: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
