Fry cook wanted in Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Jefferson County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
