We are recruiting: uPVC welding machine operator (Arizona)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Cochise County, Arizona. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day to day you will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,500 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
