Steam press operator wanted in Bradford

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Bradford, England. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Your main tasks: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
