Join our team: we are hiring a groundsman in Monroe County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
