Your main tasks: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending Part-time with flexible hours.
