Urgent requirement: PVC window fabricator (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Santa Barbara County, California. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day to day you will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Part-time with flexible hours.
