PVC window fabricator — Osage County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Osage County, Oklahoma. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Day to day you will install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
