We are recruiting: powder coating operator (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Boone County, Indiana. Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
