Now hiring: we are hiring a panel technician in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will work in a smash repair workshop. What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench On the job you will handle: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer Rotating shifts.
