Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges The role involves install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
