Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing technician in Telford and Wrekin, England. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. On the job you will handle: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
