We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Shelby County, Alabama. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
