You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £2,500 per month, based on your experience.
