Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Udenu, Enugu State. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Full-time with occasional weekends.
