Line packer wanted in Isabella County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line packer in Isabella County, Michigan. The role involves: • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping What we are looking for: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
