Urgent requirement: brick and block layer (Georgia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Muscogee County, Georgia. You will work on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Day to day you will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
