Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Idaho)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kootenai County, Idaho. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
