Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Herefordshire, England. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
