UPVC window fitter — Hennepin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
