Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Shawano County, Wisconsin. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
