Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Silver Bow County, Montana. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
