We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Fremont County, Idaho. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Part-time with flexible hours.
