Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Ray County, Missouri. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. What we are looking for: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position $6,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
