Concrete pump mate — Borough of Tameside

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Borough of Tameside, England. You will cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
