Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
