Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG welder in Stark County, North Dakota. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
