Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Switzerland County, Indiana. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
