Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Cecil County, Maryland. You will work on a busy housing site. You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Your main tasks: • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
