Pot washer — Darke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Darke County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
