Elevator service technician — Alleghany County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Alleghany County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways 2+ years on the tools preferred.
