You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
