Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Wabash County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
