Now hiring: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Ashe County, North Carolina. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height You will build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level.
