Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Bourbon County, Kentucky. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. On a typical shift you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
