Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Hyde County, North Carolina. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 2+ years on the tools preferred.
