Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Cass County, Minnesota. The job is in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time, day shift.
