Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC technician in Johnson County, Illinois. Day to day you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping 6+ years on the tools preferred.
