Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Gates County, North Carolina. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
