Trowel-trade bricklayer • Oswego County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Oswego County, New York. The role involves: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Rotating shifts.
