Powder coating technician • Yagba East, Kogi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Yagba East, Kogi State. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred.
