Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Jackson County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements On the job you will handle: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
